About Osho Active Meditations
Osho, the twentieth-century Indian mystic, developed several dynamic meditation techniques specifically for the modern seeker. These methods enable individuals to access states of meditation, self-awareness, and inner stillness much faster and more effectively than traditional passive practices.
Osho Active Meditations are engaging, energizing, and easy to practice. They combine movement, sound, and mindfulness to bring you into a space of silence and clarity.

Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in before the meditation begins.
